About the office

The protest office works to resolve and settle commercial papers disputes (bill of exchange – promissory note) where the competent employees of the protest office mediate between the plaintiff and the defendant amicably in order to achieve the common interest, and in the event that an amicable solution is not reached, the plaintiff is given a protest paper that he submits to the execution court in accordance with the spatial jurisdiction specified under the system.
